We are looking for a Safety Compliance Manager to lead, develop, and continuously improve our organization’s safety, health, and regulatory compliance programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that company operations, facilities, policies, and employee practices align with applicable local, state, and federal safety regulations, as well as internal standards designed to protect people, property, and business continuity. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of occupational safety requirements with practical leadership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to influence teams across multiple departments.
As a Safety Compliance Manager, you will oversee the design and implementation of safety procedures, conduct risk assessments, manage audits and inspections, and support incident prevention strategies. You will work closely with operations, human resources, facilities, legal, and senior leadership to create a culture where safety is treated as a core business priority. This position requires someone who can interpret regulations, translate them into actionable policies, and ensure those policies are consistently followed in day-to-day operations.
You will be expected to monitor changes in safety legislation and industry standards, evaluate organizational exposure to risk, and recommend corrective or preventive actions. The role also includes leading investigations into workplace incidents, near misses, and compliance concerns, identifying root causes, and driving sustainable improvements. In addition, you will coordinate employee training programs, maintain required documentation, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external agencies when needed.
Success in this position depends on excellent communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance compliance requirements with operational realities. You should be comfortable working in dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities, and partnering with both frontline employees and executive leadership. A strong candidate will bring experience building safety management systems, improving audit readiness, and fostering accountability at every level of the organization.
This is an important leadership role for a professional who is passionate about protecting employees, reducing organizational risk, and strengthening compliance performance. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to creating safer workplaces through education, process improvement, and effective governance, this opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
